WE REQUIRE A STORY NOT MEASURED IN YEARS, 2026

A visual narration of the stories carried by the root system and mycelium of the former military training district in Brdy, Czech republic. Plant fibers together with paper waste from the surrounding villages were turned into a pulp-like material that forms the base of these web-like structures. For dyeing, various earth- or plant pigments such as oak gall were collected, as well as rust from found objects on site.
