STONE SONGS, 2025

Moving and thinking with stones allows us to shift from a human timeframe to a geological one. Making us aware that we are quite juvenile as a species compared to many other life-forms or -forces.

So, when we experience a site of violence and extraction being turned into a nourishing habitat, we might also be able to speculate on and imagine other kinds of futures for similar places of ruin and destruction. Even if these places will contain our bones instead of our living bodies.
